Return Period and Conditions

  • Return Period: Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery. After this period, returns are not accepted.

  • Conditions for Returns:

    a) Change of Mind: Goods once delivered as specified cannot be returned.

    b) Size Issues: For desks and tables, if the size is correct but doesn’t fit as expected, you can exchange the product; however, the payment is non-refundable.

    c) Defective Items: Items that stop working after usage can be returned.

    d) Damaged Items: Items received broken or defective are eligible for return.

    e) Missing Parts: Items received with missing parts or accessories can be returned.

    f) Used or Expired Items: Items received in a used or expired condition are eligible for return.

    g) Counterfeit Items: Items that appear to be fake or unauthentic can be returned.

    h) Incorrect Items: Wrong item, color, size, or model received can be returned.

  • Custom-Made Items: Returns are not accepted for custom-made products.

Warranty

  • A 6-month warranty is provided for any industrial damage on goods purchased and delivered by our personnel or vehicle.

  • Damages caused by third parties are not covered.
